Article Highlights Use of Clinical Eye Tracking to Test Vestibular Dysfunction in Children

A recent article published in The Hearing Journal highlights the use of clinical eye tracking to test children for vestibular dysfunction. The article, “Identifying Red Flags for Vestibular Dysfunction in Children”, mentions that children who have hearing loss are at a greater risk for vestibular dysfunction. These children are often unnoticed because they lack the language to describe their symptoms. Vestibular testing, including the use of a rotational chair, can serve as a pathway to successful treatment. Link
